In the upcoming online event of the Gesundheitstechnische Gesellschaft (GG) on december 10, Dr.-Ing. Valeria Hofer talks about the interaction between heat sources and the low-turbulence unidirectional flow in cleanrooms. A new design aid called "contaminated volume" for the selection of the supply air velocity is presented and the energy saving potential is considered.

As part of the EnEff: HCBC Project, a multilevel DHC system prototype is being designed for the TU Berlin's eastern campus. The goal of the new system is to use waste heat and renewable energy sources to save CO2-emissions.
